AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS & PRIVACY STATEMENT
IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS
SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Your use of this site and the information available on this site is subject to
the terms and conditions set out below and by using this site you are
acknowledging your consent to them.
Rockville Records, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change
these terms and conditions at any time without notice, although any changes
will be posted here.
FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
No contract will subsist between you and Rockville Records for the sale
by it to you of any product unless and until you have received confirmation of
your order in the form of a receipt confirming details of your order. Once the
receipt has been printed out, there will be a legally binding contract between
us.
This site is available only for your personal, non-commercial use.
PRICE
Rockville Records reserves the right to change prices listed without
notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and Rockville
Records reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or
company.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
You may cancel your order for goods for any reason at any time up to the end of
the seventh working day after you place your order even if you have already
received the goods. If you do, the following terms will apply:
• The only circumstance in which you may not cancel your order is if you
have taken any CD out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
• To cancel your order you must notify Rockville Records in
writing at info@rockvillercords.com or by post to Rockville Records Customer Services, 11 Chavenage, Kingasood, Bristol, BS15 4LA, England
• If you cancel your order but Rockville Records has already
dispatched the product to you then you must call the Customer Helpline on 01179
678277 to arrange a return, which will be at your cost and risk. Sealed items
should not be unpacked.
DELIVERY
Rockville Records will deliver the product(s) you ordered to the
address that you give Rockville Records for delivery.
Rockville Records will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as
soon as possible.
RETURNS
FAULTY GOODS:
All our items are checked and packed with suitable packaging so there should normally be no problems. However if the goods supplied to you are 'not suitable for the use that they were intended for' (e.g. the CD sticks or does not play), we will accept returns for reimbursement. This complies with the UK Sale of Goods Act. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations requires traders, unless the law permits otherwise, to give the consumer the right to cancel their order within 7 working days without giving a reason. In the case of goods received the 7 working days must start from the day after the day the customer receives the goods. Rockville Records will comply with the above regulations. You must ensure that you take reasonable care of goods and return them to us in the condition that they were sent to you. For example, we cannot accept cancellations on CDs where the shrink-wrapping (or other seal) has been removed.
If you decide to cancel your order you should immediately contact us by phone +44 (0)117 967 8277 - or email: info@rockvillerecords.com . If we receive your cancellation before goods are despatched we will refund your money within 30 days. In the event that the goods have already been despatched, or have been received by you, and we receive notice of cancellation we will refund your original purchasing costs but not the cost you incur in returning the cancelled goods to us.
