FORMATION OF THE CONTRACTNo contract will subsist between you and Rockville Records Limited for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until you have received confirmation of your order in the form of a receipt confirming details of your order. Once the receipt has been printed out, there will be a legally binding contract between us. This site is available only for your personal, non-commercial use.
PRICERockville Records Limited reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and Rockville Records Limited reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or company.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MINDYou may cancel your order for goods for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you place your order even if you have already received the goods. If you do, the following terms will apply:
- The only circumstance in which you may not cancel your order is if you have taken any CD out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
- To cancel your order you must notify Rockville Records Limited in writing at email@example.com or by post to Rockville Records Ltd Customer Services, 11 Chavenage, Kingswood, Bristol, UK BS15 4LA
- If you cancel your order but Rockville Records Limited has already dispatched the product to you then you must call the Customer Helpline on +44 1179 678277 to arrange a return, which will be at your cost and risk. Sealed items should not be unpacked.
